Véronique is a board certified toxicologist with over 25 years of toxicology experience working for bio-pharmaceuticals including Theravance, and Genentech. She has been consulting since 2008 for several small and mid-sized clients helping with drug development of small molecules, biologics, antibody-drug conjugates (ADCs), vaccines, oncolytic viruses and immuno-oncology therapeutics targeting various therapeutic indications. Her wealth of experience enables her to design strategic toxicology programs from drug discovery and development to NDA filing and approval. She has interacted with regulatory agencies around the world on behalf of her clients, including the FDA, EMA, ASMN, MHRA, BfArm, Swedish Medical Products Agency and Health Canada.
She has taught courses on non-clinical drug development at the University of San Francisco extension program and is currently teaching at the University of Guelph in Canada. She completed her bachelor’s degree in biomedical toxicology at the University of Guelph in Canada, a Masters of Science in toxicology at the University of Surrey in the United Kingdom and her PhD in biochemical toxicology at the University of Toronto, Canada and her postdoctoral training at the faculty of medicine at the Université de René Descartes in Paris France.
