Sameera, is a Research Associate in the Oncology team of Rubedo. She earned her Masters degree in Biotechnology from Texas A&M University. Prior to which, she pursued her Bachelor’s degree in Biological Sciences from India. Deeply passionate about the Science, she has varied laboratory experiences working in different research institutions for almost three years. Starting as an intern at MD Anderson Cancer Center, she worked full-time as a Research Assistant in Baylor College of Medicine and Texas Children’s Hospital Hematology department in Houston, Texas. She moved to Massachusetts briefly to work for an Immuno-therapy based biotechnology start-up. She is very excited to move to the Bay Area and work for Rubedo Life Sciences and contribute to ground-breaking aging and oncology-related research.
Her expertise is in cell and molecular biology techniques with accumulated research experience in hematology, immunology, and oncology.
